Show Times: Saturday, February 6, 2010: 10:00am to 5:00pm/ Sunday, February 7, 2010: 10:00am to 4:00pm Set-Up Time: Saturday, February 6, 2010: 6:00am to 9:00amApplications: THE SHOW FILLS UP VERY QUICKLY AND MAY SELL OUT. We will accept a non-refundable $25.00 deposit to hold your space. Balance must be received ten days prior to show or you forfeit your assigned space. Each vendor is responsible for their own tables or displays. Be prepared for Sun, Rain, or Wind. No refunds or rain dates are given for bad weather. Your application must be accompanied by 1 photo of your work and 1 of your display. Entry forms must be filled out completely and signed. Refunds, except deposits, will be given for cancellation up to 10 days prior. There will be a service charge for all cancellations and returned checks. Registration: Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00am at the registration booth located near the corner of Huntington Lane and Barton Boulevard by or across from City Hall. Traffic Flow: The westbound lanes of Barton Boulevard from Huntington to Cedar will be barricaded and closed Saturday and Sunday. An inside eastbound lane will be open for loading and unloading only. All vehicles are prohibited from traveling or parking on the show streets after 9:00am to show closing time. Latecomers must hand carry their goods to their spaces. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE without refund and will be dropped from future shows. The streets are reopened to traffic each day at show closing but booth tear down is unnecessary. Security: NO overnight security is provided.
Florida Sales Tax: Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting Florida Sales Tax on all sales made at the show and mailing it to The Florida Department of Revenue.
RV and Camper: Parking will be available behind City Hall on Huntington Lane for the weekend for vendors/exhibitors only. You must indicate on your registration form if you will need a parking space for your RV/Camper. Exhibit Space: Show spaces are 10’ by 10’. Canopies are allowed. You MUST fill out and give a full description of your display, including the size and canopy size on your application. RACS Awards: This year will add a new feature to improve the caliber and expand the content of our Show. This past year there were an estimated 38,000 visitors with vendors and attendees alike walking away happy and satisified at such a beautiful day.
